"The staff at Hilton Woking was amazing. Every time we called, they delivered with a smile! From late night room service to request for extra towels, they arrived quickly and with a smile. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel was surrounded by two malls, lots of restaurants and the train station, which fed into the London subway system. This hotel is about 30 miles from central London, which is good if you want quiet, suburban stay. If you want access to the city, you can get there by train or uber & taxi, which are costly. Overall, great stay!"

"Restaurant was a bit of a let down. One of our party was ceoliac . When reviewing the menu on line there were plenty of gluten free options. When we arrived at the restaurant there was less option has they had changed there menu with out updating it on line. Also staff were unable to advise us on gluten free due to new policies and regulations. Our gluten free member ended up having 3 starters which is all she could work out that was definitely gluten free but not has a choice but for the need to eat. Yet next morning when having breakfast the staff were willing to advise what g/f was available and willing to do g/f toast. Our gluten free member declined breakfast both morning despite having paid for it has she had lost confidence in the kitchen."

"Reception staff were welcoming and efficient, plenty of free parking, room was large, with all the normal facilities, fridge, bottled water, tea/coffee - including a fan. Hot so, with limited opening windows, on this occasion air conditioning would have been appreciated. Hotel facilities are excellent, nice bar, lovely spa and pool with none of that tired "around the edges" mould that you sometimes see despite the decent facilities - very clean. Good breakfast and efficient check out."
