"Very good hotel. The room was clean, all the staff were friendly, particularly the doormen who offered to carry our suitcases, wished us good mornings and opened the doors promptly, as well as being genuinely interested in us as people. The 12th knot rooftop bar was very good too, great views across the Thames. Only criticism is the cost of the minibar and any snacks in the room, would recommend bringing your own. Also an option to opt out of housekeeping for the stay and receive credit to use in the bars or restaurants which was good. Great location as well, very close to Blackfriars train station and Waterloo, as well as right across the bridge from St Paul’s and a short distance from the London eye, Big Ben and other tourist attractions. Many restaurants nearby as well, as well as supermarkets and pharmacies. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Also option to put room key within the Apple wallet. Would recommend and stay again."

"Wasn’t told when booking that you have to pre book the pool for 30 minute slots. Was fully booked up. No flexibility. Spa weekend ruined. Cleaning carts in the corridor when checking in. Not a great experience."

"Great location and friendly staff. We had a lovely view of Katherine Docks from our room. We had a standard room & although it was looking a little tired the room was big and had everything we needed. Breakfast was £25 each so we opted for the Costa next door instead. It was open from 6:30am on a Sunday so a much cheaper option. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Great hotel and near to the tube station. Local restaurants nearby and walkable to museums and the Albert hall. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was good value with plenty of options. The Nespresso machine in the room wa a super bonus 👍😊"

"The hotel was in the ideal location had everything you needed on the doorstep. The staff were very helpful and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. The room was warm and comfortable though slightly dated compared to the foyer but was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was lovely lots of choice. Would definitely stay again "

"Great continental breakfast with good selection of hot food, breads and pastries. Location is fantastic at close walking distance to tube station. Overall condition is great and the room size is decent with good tv selection, inclusive of Netflix and YouTube. Only downside is the lack of AC so you will need to open the windows to ventilate and there isn't temperature control. A heater is present though. "
