"We stayed for only one night, but this is one of our favorite hotels. First of all, we are family of 5 and stayed in the family room. It is more than enough to accommodate six people comfortably. The hotel is also extremely well maintained and very clean. It is directly across the street from a grocery store. Also the buffet breakfast was by far the nicest one we’ve had as we’ve driven the ring around Iceland. I could not recommend this hotel enough if you’re looking to spend a couple of days in Borgarnes. "

"Staff was great fixed us a take away breaky as we had to leave early. The location is so surreal and the troll park is a must see Dinner was extremely awesome with the chefs specials"

"Pictures of the property don't do justice to this place. We stayed in Cabin 1 and it is beautiful! The cabin has a deck all around with an outdoor dining area, gas grill and private sauna. The main living area has the living room and kitchen and it is beautiful, full of windows up to the ceiling and very spacious. There is also a loft with a futon bed and its own TV. When we turned off the highway, on to the dirt track and it said 12km to go, we knew we were in for something special. The location definitely exceeded our expectations. Right under cliffs and looking out over the heath and completely hidden from the other cabins. On the deck and in the living room, you can see birds flying in and out of the caves on the cliff and hear meadow birds at the same time. The spacious kitchen and dining area made for a splendid cabin cooked dinner. The cabin has two bedrooms and can technically sleep four people, as long as they are couples or small. We used the sofabed as an additional bed to make it comfortable for 4 people."

"We stayed for one night and the room was lovely. Nice staff at the front desk and restaurant. Room was clean and spacious, with a very cool poured concrete shower. Breakfast was included and was plentiful with lots of vegetarian options. "
