"Erla's cozy red cottage was in the perfect place for us to get to after arriving early in Reykjavik. We were easily able to get to the things we wanted to see and do...Borgarnes and the Snefellsnes Penn. The house was spotless, the living area was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We so enjoyed the hot tub after a long day witnessing the magic of Iceland. We would have stayed longer if there had been more days available."

"For wanting to see the lava tube and the falls, this location was perfect for us. It all worked out well from a comfy bed to a nice breakfast. Dinner was also excellent. "The property is a bit outdated, the bathroom needs an upgrade, however the rooms are large, with mirrors, refrigerator, a small kitchenette. The breakfast was awesome the best we had in Iceland. Dinner was good however as a vegetarian my choices were extremely limited for a price of ISK 8900. We had a stopover for one night and had a comfortable stay."
