Fin miljö, men behöver arbeta på service

Fina stora rum och vacker omgivning. Bra med laddmöjlighet för elbil. Frukost ok, hade vunnit mycket på lite bättre bröd. Servicen vid middagen lämnade mycket att önska. Personalen var mer upptagen med att prata med varandra än att ta hand om gästerna. När de väl kom och dukade av, efter att vi för länge sedan ätit upp, så var det tydligen för sent att beställa desert. Blev inga fler middagar på hotellet efter det. Ingen undrade heller hur vi haft det vid utcheckning, vet ej om det berodde på stress eller ointresse.

Fantastisk boende

Fantastiskt boende. Vi ställde ut våra bilar på Solliden, så detta var ett bra boende. Enda som inte fungerade var bussarna in till Borgholm. Tre avgångar på rad var inställda och den fjärde var fullsatt. Så det blev inget besök där. Men vi åt en fantastisk grillbuffe på hotellet istället.

God plats i öland

Restaurangen var trevlig men maten lagades slarvigt! Ingen kärlek i smaken! Grill maten smakade honung över allting! Fler soltorkade tomater än pasta i rätten! Familj svit hade ca 12 trånga trappor till säng vilket gjorde det svårt för barn och toa besök särskilt under natten! Annars trevligt personal

Öland 2025

Bra boende överlag, trevlig personal. Frukost hade allt vad vi önskade. Rummet var varmt men det hör ju årstiden till i övrigt stor fin säng och bra dusch. Vi hade rummet intill uteserveringen och aktiviteten där hördes in men upphörde kl 22 och det är okey efter det hördes inte ett knäpp. Hotellet hyste ett stort antal hundar vid tillfället. Var stundtals lite svårt att ta sig ut på vägen, 80 sträcka och det är en hårt trafikerad väg. Bra parkerings möjligheter och ladd stolpar finns för dem som behöver dem. Kan tänka mig att bo där igen!

Trevligt boende men väldigt varmt, hade varit skönt med AC. Trevlig personal. Maten u restaurangen var smaklös och dyr. Frukosten var inget speciell.

Gemytligt

Mycket gemytligt ställe med personal som hjälpte till med ett leende. Rexalen var dock låst när jag skulle dit, men personal hjälpte mig direkt och öppnade. Kvinnan i receptionen var mycket trevlig, precis rätt person på rätt plats. Frukosten superb, sköna sängar och parkering precis utanför. Gästgiveriet låg vid stora vägen men från rummet hörde man inte detta. Det var lätt att hitta dit och omgivningar var fina och inbjöd till promenader. Det fanns också en busshållsplats precis utanför. Vi åt vid ett tillfälle lunch och den var också god och bra. Närheten till Borgholm och att gästgiveriet ligger mitt på Öland är givetvis också ett plus. Vi deltog inte i kvällsaktiviteter, men hörde när jag låg i bubbelbadet i Relaxen att det förekom karaoke och man hörde att folk uppe i restaurangen hade det mycket trevligt. Olika kvällar var det underhållning med olika teman. Rummet var fint, stort och hade som jag tidigare nämnt stora sköna sängar. Om man skulle önska något så skulle det i så fall vara kassaskåp på rummet och litet kylskåp.
