"Beautiful villa in a quiet and pleasant environment. A fantastic pool with outdoor kitchen where comfort is perfect. Also jacuzzi for bathing enthusiasts. 1 hour by car to Rome makes it perfect for those who want to explore the city's tourist attractions. A perfect holiday accommodation for everyone. Si trova a poca distanza dal mare raggiungibile in bici con ciclabile (tranne ultimo pezzo). Nelle vicinanze anche ottimo ristorante. Die Billardplatte im Keller war täglich über Stunden in Benutzung. Die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich. Die Wege zum Meer und zur Eisdiele waren sehr kurz. Rundum hat es uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen."

Wonderful experience

"Amazing experience. Excellent service and stunnong views, both from the room and from the various terraces around the hotel. We had breakfast on one of the terraces facing the lake. The products were fresh and there was a good variety. Personnel was very kind and professional. This is not the firet time we stay in this hotel but I feel the breakfast experience was more special than usual. Highly recommended both for a family or couple holiday and for business or an event"
