"I booked two rooms which were through Hotiday. I didn’t realise this was an intermediary company.
On arriving at the hotel after a four hour drive, the receptionist said there were not two rooms booked under my name, despite me showing her the reservation. She suggested I go away and contact Hotiday. Despite working with this company she said she did not have their contact details.
