"Our room was in poor condition. The toilet glass door was broken & could not be closed. The toilet itself was nor working properly. The shower head was spraying water to the sides instead of functioning like a rain shower it's supposed to be. Faucet levers had no handles."

"They tell you that you are allowed three waters a day. And then they show you the water that’s in the lobby. That’s not the water that you’re allowed to drink for free. So then when you go to check out, they charge you for all the waters you take."

"A+. Very relaxing atmosphere, close to the historic center of Lecce but removed from all the bustle and walkable to the nearby village of Cavalino. Excellent staff too. The Bella 'mbriana restaurant just down the road is magnificent."

"The hotel was extremely dog friendly, which was a relief for me. When you’re traveling with your service pet and you’re constantly being questioned overseas if it’s actually a service pet or if you have a lap dog it becomes anxious making all the time. So, when I walk into a beautiful hotel that welcomes you with a smile and welcomed your pet with a smile it’s such a relief!!! Thank you for the wonderful stay."
