4.0 star property

"We arrived after a 120km drive from a villa in the hills to stay at a fun resort by the sea for our son including swimming pools. Guess what after hunting for them both pools were out of action which was neglected to be informed to us at booking and also at reception. The staff seemed to be unconcerend and confused this was a problem, our son however was very distraught."

"The property and hosts exceeded all expectations. The warmth and hospitality of the hosts as well as the comfort of the property allowed us to enjoy Italy in a way that would have been impossible without staying there. Of all of the properties we have stayed worldwide this was the best without a doubt. We look forward to being able to return with our family."

"It was a perfect stay. The location and the property itself is beautiful. Thierry was a great host and great communication. It’s a short drive from Rome since it’s not within the city but it’s worth the drive. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much!"
