Immersed in the unspoiled nature of the Bellunese Dolomites, this vacation home is the ideal solution for those who want a vacation in the spirit of simplicity: The homeowners have deliberately maintained the ancient appearance of the accommodation, with an earth floor on the first floor and wooden beams on the upper floor. But in contrast to the simplicity of the house, at any time of the day you can enjoy the luxury of a Finnish sauna or the hay bath sauna in the wellness center (50 m) or admire the beautiful landscape while relaxing in a heated tub (this is on request and for a fee - the price is to be agreed with the owner). A panoramic solarium also invites you to relax and on the grayest days you can spend time in the reading room. This is an excellent starting point for excursions on foot or by bike, on routes for mountain biking or Nordic walking, but also for a visit to the Dolomites in the province of Belluno (just over an hour away are Marmolada and Civetta) or the art cities of Mel (12 km), one of the most beautiful historic cities in Italy, to the splendid cities of Venetian art (Belluno 20 km, Treviso 60 km, Venice, Padua and Vicenza 100 km). Sports enthusiasts will find here their ideal destination. Besides playing bocce, cycling and hiking, you can practice windsurfing and kite surfing on the lake Santa Croce (30 km), kayaking in the many streams and paragliding from the mountains Serva and Dolada. The house consists of two floors connected by a wooden staircase. Don't miss a trip to the Prosecco hills that wind between Valdobbiadene and Conegliano, where you can enjoy the beauty of the area and the excellent wine. If you love beer, then in Pedavena (30 km) awaits a historic brewery famous throughout Europe.

Das Haus ist schmutzig, unordentlich und schlecht eingerichtet. Es sind nur ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten für 6 Personen vorhanden, wenn man die Plastikstühle aus dem Garten ins Haus stellt. Davon sind aber auch die meisten mindestens mittelschwer beschädigt. Die Bilder sind nicht aktuell, mehrere Möbel (z.B. das Sofa) fehlen vollständig, der Rest leidet unter Holzwurmbefall. Gefühlt ist die Einrichtung vom Sperrmüll. Die Küche: Ich weis nicht recht wo ich anfangen soll. Die bereits äußerst dürftige Ausstattung war bei unserer Ankunft auch noch stark verschmutzt. Es gibt nur einen kleinen Löffel und mehrere Tassen sind kaputt. Außerdem existieren nicht genug Gläser für 6 Personen. Der Herd ist besorgniserregend. Die Induktionsplatten sind in einem instabilen Holzplattengestell verbaut und dürften so nicht erlaubt sein. Das Klappbett für die sechste Person musste noch von uns aufgebaut werden. Die Betten sind nicht in Ordnung. Die Elektrik ist interessant. Zimmer haben teilweise gar keine Steckdosen und die Lampen flackern und sind nicht geerdet. Das Licht ist entweder dürftig oder unerträglich. Insektenfreunde werden aber glücklich sein, wir hatten zahlreichen Besuch von Krabbeltieren. Ein Schlafzimmer hatte einen besonders ausgeprägten Ameisenbefall. Die Decke ist teilweise löchrig und es rieselt in der Küche, wenn man im Zimmer darüber geht. Es gibt keine Schlösser und keinen Schallschutz. Trotzdem 70€ Reinigungsgebühr :) Nicht empfehlenswert.

Bella vacanza..un tuffo nel passato
La location è spettacolare e i proprietari sono gentili. Ci siamo divertiti tanto! La casetta però potrebbe essere tenuta meglio...le pareti si scrostano, le scale per accedere al piano di sopra sono un po’ pericolanti e potrebbe esserci più cura dei dettagli e della pulizia. Ad ogni modo, un luogo che c’ha permesso di staccare la spina e di riposare...un tuffo nel passato e il Monopoli c’ha aiutato in questo!
