"Everything was clean and in a nice neighborhood. The instructions to enter the property were very clear. The only problem we had was exiting the gate to tour Mantua. The button to open the gate to walk onto the street is set back from the gate on the wall of the building. It took us a few minutes to figure it out since we’re not familiar with this system. Having three bedroom and two baths was amazing. The set back was having a laundry washer but no dryer. The host was communicative and clear....

"When we arrived it took the host some time to open the gate. We took a taxi as this place is quite far out from modena. When he opened the gate he did not help unload or ask how the journey was etc but was chatting with our taxi driver as we stood obviously waiting to get to our rooms. He then told us the restaurant on site is closed and so was the pool. It was early evening when we arrived. We asked if there is anywhere to get food and he said he would tell us where but then picked up a phone...
