"The pool was closed which was disappointing and no prior information on the website. Also, they said complementary breakfast and they didn’t have anything. Plus it was loaded with homeless people and people on drugs. I was very scared of the location, there was no security. At night i kept seeing lights flash our room and people talking but we were the last room on the floor. "The staff was very helpful and the location was excellent! We had a restaurant on our list to visit and ended up being just a short walk away. Pillows could’ve been a bit firmer, but that’s personal preference."

"From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff who went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with amazing city views that made my stay even more enjoyable. I also loved the on-site dining; the food was fantastic and featured some great local flavors. Plus, the hotel is in a prime spot, making it easy to explore all the fun things Portland has to offer. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I can’t wait to come back!"
