"I've never looked forward to writing a bad review until this one. I booked this last minute, but when I arrived at the location there was NO FRONT DESK (as per listing), and when I called the contact number I was informed the PROPERTY WAS ALREADY RENTED. I was told that they couldnt refund my money, and to contact Expedia. I contacted Expedia, and they were NO HELP. They will not refund my money, claiming the PROPERTY OWNER has the money. "I am so grateful to this property owner for not only being very easy to reach but allowing us to host Thanksgiving here! Our wedding was the Saturday after Thanksgiving, and with our families in town we asked to have them over and he was so gracious. This was the trip of a lifetime and we will cherish these memories forever!"
