"It was okay, but there seemed to be some renovation work going on at the hotel. Because of that, not all services were available. Also, breakfast wasn’t served at 7:30 – nobody was there yet. It was set up later, which made us almost late for an appointment."

"The hotel is in an amazing location - with Centro Promenade (loads of places to eat and a fab arcade) about a 10 minute drive away. The hotel itself and the reception staff are great and there are two restaurants and a pub attached to the hotel too. Two negatives: 1. Not enough parking for a hotel this size. 2. The housekeeper/cleaner on our floor was very rude when asked a simple question. Overall though, really enjoyed our stay here."

"My room and the hotel itself were exceptionally clean. From the moment my business partner and I checked in, the clerk made us feel welcome and was willing to go beyond what was required to help us and see to our comfort. I liked the set-up of the fully-operational bar behind the counter that served as the check-in (etc.) desk. I have never encountered this idea before, but it really worked well. It was easy and convenient to go to the bar and order a beer, glass of wine, mixed drink, or water (etc) then find a seat in the extensive table-seating area on that floor, steps away. There were free espresso/capuccino machines at our disposal 24 hours, and these were great and convenient too. The breakfast (for an economy hotel) was very, very good, plentiful, lots of choices, both hot and cold. We stayed two nights and it was our favorite place to come back to and relax after a busy day. I would stay there again with pleasure. "
