Overall, this is an outstanding hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly, the property was kept in excellent condition (absolutely spotless) and had fantastic amenities. Our only suggestion for improvement is softer mattresses and bedding.

The hotel was very nice and we were able to check in early on the day of our arrival. The tv was not working (could have been user error) but otherwise it was great, we were not in the room very long during the day. The water/ice dispensers are very nice and convenient. The rooftop was great to check out! Walkable and easy access to subway. Great location to explore NYC!

The Hard Rock is a fantastic hotel in my opinion. It gives off good vibes. The room was a nice size. I loved everything about this place. Highly recommend.
