Stayed here during our trip to Bormio when biking stelvio pass. The hotel was really beautiful and clean. However, our room was 24 degrees, and we were incredibly hot and unable to adjust the thermostat. I asked the front desk to adjust it, but it did not make a difference. Overall, the hotel was in a convenient location with parking onsite, and the room was quiet and clean.

Tutto il Personale è molto cortese e gentilissimo(receptionists;camerieri;manutentori; addetti alle pulizie) Una particolare menzione per il maitrè di sala (sala colazione/ristorante piano terra) Sig.Paolo per la sua gentilezza ed accoglienza,impeccabile in tutto! Se posso esprime un modesto consiglio sarebbe molto gradita in camera una macchinetta del caffè a cialde tipo nespresso e un bolitore acqua.

Albergo ubicato nel centro di Bormio con un comodo parcheggio privato (probabilmente in alta stagione con la struttura piena il posteggio sarebbe insufficiente). Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, colazione molto buona. Struttura non recentissima ma recentemente ristrutturata, curiosa la scelta di mantenere in bagno rubinetteria (e termostato nella doccia) risalenti almeno agli anni ottanta se non al decennio precedente

Dårlig hotel.

Altså hvor skal jeg starte fra. Hårde puder, hård madras, senge knirker. Larm om natten. Parkering muligheder mega ringe. De tager 33 euro pr person for at bruge saunaen. Virkelig ringe hotel. Jeg vil ikke give den mere end 2 stjerner.

Camere pulite ma impersonali e poco accoglienti. Mancano alcuni confort che un hotel a 4 stelle dovrebbe offrire come ciabatte, tè e caffè in camera. Dal punto di vista ecologico sostituirei i prodotti monouso da bagno. Da migliorare anche la colazione, anonima e senza alcun prodotto tipico. Essendo la concorrenza molto alta, l'hotel dovrebbe coccolare di più il cliente.

Reception, segretarie, pulizie, accoglienza Tip top Purtroppo il capo sala un vero disastro. Colazione dalle 7.30 fino alle 10.00 primo giorno arrivati alle 8.20 non c’erano piú mini Gipfeli naturali. Secondo giorno scendiamo x colazione alle 8.00 non c’erano giá piú Gipfeli …. chiediamo al responsabile ci dice li preparo subito… mai visti ne chiesto scusa. La cucina punteggio zero… piatti freddi, polpettone immangiabile. Le ragazze del servizio tutte studenti ma molto molto gentili e disponibili. Al capo sala chiediamo una cioccolata dopo 3/4 d’ora porta la cioccolata senza chiedere scusa Noi stavamo andando. Due notti, 2 camere 4 adulti pagato per niente la colazione…. Un capo sala che puó rovinare il vostro Hotel solo per un lavoro che non è all’altezza di fare. Del resto ringrazio tanto tutti.

Struttura pulita ed in ottima posizione. Camera minuscola, non corrispondente alle foto mostrate in fase di prenotazione. Aria condizionata non presente, e questo non rendeva vivibile la stanza di notte visti i 28°C che si trovavano al rientro alla sera. Cene nella norma ma servizio un po' impacciato, ad eccezione del maitre Domenico.

Very poor value, poor service. Allocated a room below street level, apparently according to staff on an as available basis, despite pre pay a month in advance. Bathroom had inoperative ventilation, TV was from an obsolete era. AVOID.

This a great hotel in the heart of Bormio. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The staff was really helpful and welcoming. We highly recommend the Rezia!

The hotel is perfectly located in the deep center of town at walking distance from all amenities as well as at 10' walk from the gondolas. The restaurant serves very good local dishes as well as enough international's to satisfy all tastes, it also has an excellent wine selection, highly recommended. The best of all though is the staff and more specifically the Owners which are always there and available to professionally deal with all needs of their guests and prone to find the best solution to any circumstance. The Owner was actually born in the hotel, in room 108, which is pretty incredible and surely the reason why they are fully dedicated to their business and more so to the full satisfaction of their guests. If you decide to spend time at the Rezia make sure you take the chance to meet the Owners!
