An der Ausstattung mangelt es sehr
Gläser unvollstendig -Scherben im Schrank (Glas) Geschirr unvollständig . Gläser dreckig . Betten sehr schlecht und zu niedrig. Alle Matratzen waren fleckig. Bettwäsche /Handtücher trotz Bestellung Fehlanzeige. Ledergarnitur zerschlissen. Beistelltisch und Hocker wackeln (Leimen) . Schränke ohne Schlösser (Bindfäden zum öffnen) Zahnputzbecher fehlen ganz. Badezimmer Türgriff abgefallen,Griff selbst festgeschraubt. Fahrradschuppen so lala. Aufgrund der vielen Mängel sahen wir uns genötigt,den Urlaub 4 Tage früher abzubrechen. Bitte um Entschädigug für die 4Tage Urlaub !!!!! Ich hoffe von Ihnen zu hören. Fam. Haenelt

Unzureichende Ausstattung und keine Kommunikation
Die angegebene gebuchte Ausstattung war nicht vorhanden( z.B. WLAN, Waschmaschine). Es gab vom Reiseanbieter keinerlei Stellungnahme dazu.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung für Zwei
Mein Mann und ich waren Anfang März für eine Woche in der sehr gemütlichen und mit allem ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Wir hatten das ganze Haus für uns allein. Das Haus liegt am Rande des Darßwaldes direkt vor einem Eingang in den Naturpark. Im Internet gibt es ein Foto das vortäuscht, als könnte man den Bodden sehen. Das ist leider nicht der Fall. Wir fühlten uns dennoch sehr wohl dort. Ein kleiner Nachteil: Der Kamin zieht nicht richtig und dadurch riecht es in der Wohnung etwas nach Räucherkammer.

Gesamteindruck gut, im Detail verbesserungswürdig
Zuerst möchten wir festhalten, dass die Ferienwohnung an sich sehr schön und sauber war. Auch der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr freundlich. Allerdings hätten wir zwei Punkte die Verbesserungswürdig wären. Zum einen waren im Doppelbett die Matratzen sehr hart und dann fehlte uns das etwas kinderfreundlichere Interior. Für kleinere Kinder die es nicht gewohnt sind, ist die Unterbringung über die relativ steile Wendeltreppe ohne Absicherung (Tür oben) nicht ganz optimal. Trotz alledem haben wir uns in der Ferienwohnung wohlgefühlt und würden sie auch wieder buchen.
