Schöne Wohnung für guten Preis
Die FeWo ist sehr großzügig. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Leider sind die Abflüsse im Bad nicht ganz i.O., sodass es immer schlecht riecht. Schade. Auch die Reinigung vorab war nicht sehr gründlich. Der Boden war noch verschmutzt und an vielen Stellen lag Staub, hingen Spinnweben. Aber allgemein eine sehr bequeme Wohnung. Was abschreckt, ist die große Straße, die man immer überqueren muss, wenn man aus dem Ort zur Wohnung möchte. Auch das rausfahren ist erschwert. Es fehlt ein Straßenspiegel für eine bessere Einsicht des Verkehrs.

Schöne große und gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung
Leider waren einige Einrichtungsgegenstände nicht in Ordnung ( Elektrischer Herd, Couchtisch ). Vermisst haben wir leider auch eine Mikrowelle und Reinigungsutensilien wie Eimer und Scheuerlappen. Wir würden zu jeder Jahreszeit wieder diese Ferienwohnung buchen.

gemütliche FeWo mit ausreichend Platz
In reizvoller Umgebung, am Waldrand gelegen, haben wir unseren Urlaub in der schönen FeWo Spitzgatt verbracht. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, gut und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Bemängeln mußten wir, dass wir zwar extra eine FeWo mit Balkon angemietet haben, aber diesen nicht nutzen konnten. Genau an der Balkontür war ein Bienen/Wespenschwarm, der insbesondere wegen des sehr guten Wetters am Reetdach einen Aufenthalt auf dem Balkon unmöglich machte. Die Verwaltung gab uns die Info, dass der Eigentümer bisher keinen Auftrag zur Lösung des Problems erteilt hat, obwohl ihm dies bereits lange bekannt ist. Bei den anderen FoWos konnte eine Lösung gefunden werden. Also wer den Balkon nutzen möchte oder allergisch ist, sollte sich eine andere FeWo suchen. Das gute Wetter hat uns entschädigt. Born und die Halbinsel Fischland-Darss-Zingst ist immer ein schönes Ziel.
