"The room was the worst hotel room I’ve ever seen and certainly nowhere near 4 star. Everything is Broken and filthy with insects and bugs. "The listing for this apartment hotel was misleading. It said that it has Spa Facilities and swimming pool but it did not. There was such in nearby building in another hotel with similar name that charged extra 43 eur and said they have nothing to do with Flora Daisy"

"Location - 5 minute walk to the Rila slopes.Hot water was available in every shower, almost instantly.The hot tub was nice to get in after a day on the slopes.We used the full 8 bedrooms for 19 of us.
