"We were there with our four children's families, together 17 people (0 to 60+). The house worked well for so many people and there were lots of toys outside and inside for the kids. What lowers the rating was that the garbage bins were full when we arrived on Saturday and were not emptied until the following Friday. It was a horrible stench and a lot of flies. Furthermore, there was a charge for electricity, which was not informed at the time of booking. Feels a little greedy. Had blackouts in...

"Lotta’s Property is an oasis. Surrounded by beautiful fields, the stable is clean, well appointed and unbelievably relaxing. A family of 6 was perfectly comfortable and Lotta was an excellent host. There is lots to do in the area in Ystad and other nearby quaint towns and villages. Highly recommend Lotta’s excellent stable for a family or group."

"Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub in diesem gemütlichen Haus. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist ruhig und am Ende der Strasse liegt ein Wald, was praktisch für Hunde ist. Schade, dass die hintere Terrasse recht ungepflegt wirkte. Besser wäre es, wenn zwischen den Schlafräumen eine Tür statt einem Vorhang wäre. In der Umgebung gibt es einige tolle Strände und Ystad selbst ist ein sehr hübsches Städtchen. Man muss allerdings ein Stückchen fahren. Etwas nervig...

"Die Lage des Hauses ist super, direkt gegenüber vom Strand. Der Check in verlief reibungslos, alle Infos waren rechtzeitig da. Das "Durchgangszimmer" ist in dem Sinne kein Raum, sondern der Absatz oben bei den Treppen. Das Geländer war leider sehr wackelig und mit Klebeband geklebt. Die Stufen liefen zum anderen Geländer eng zu, weswegen wir die Kinder (3 und 4) lieber runter getragen haben. In Summe war obenstehendes für uns aber ok und ausreichend. Was uns aber etwas übel aufgestoßen hat...

"Wir hatten einen wunderbar gemütlichen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus. Es fehlte uns an nichts! Die Umgebung ist sehr erholsam und lädt zu schönen Spaziergängen ein. Der Strand ist wundervoll. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett. Uns fehlte ein Kinderhochstuhl- innerhalb von einer halben Stunde wurde uns dieser zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"
