"Stayed over the weekend from Friday to Monday. Check in at security gate was fast, easy check in using a code on the door to get inside rental, dedicated parking for my car in front of rental. Rental was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed including a Keurig! Believe there was some left over stuff former guests had left in the pantry which came in handy. Bedding, towels, water pressure, wifi, AC were readily available for use upon being inside....

"We come to the desert to hike. We were happy to find trailheads a short distance from this property with a good election of trails (Cove Oasis Trailhead). Even better, the condo is well provisioned, is comfortable and has good views -- we even saw a road runner from our bedroom one morning. We will certainly be back. Inna was a great host."

Very nice and roomy, clean and airy, great location with a lake and pool just steps from the back patio, and fantastic customer service by Corrie. "Beautiful condo in prime location, ample room to relax, visit, and enjoy the views. Pool area directly across the street which we used daily for hot tub only. Unfortunately Palmer Residence pools are on rotational heating schedule now which is new these past two years. A quick drive to heated pool several blocks away wasn’t a problem but the listing should be updated to reflect not heated consistently year around."

Perfect Getaway with a Dog
"I needed a nearby (I live in San Diego) getaway while some work was being done on my house. I also have a dog, so wanted someplace where I could exercise him and not feel like I was in an urban setting. The Apple Tree was a perfect spot for a two day get away. The room was a nice no-frills room with a comfy bed. The restaurant across the street (Heroes) and the breakfast place about a block away (Mom's) were both very dog friendly. Wynola is close enough to Julian (5 minutes by car) that on the second day I could just zip over and have lunch on the porch of Romano's (good Italian) and then in the evening, watch the night sky from vista point (Julian is a dark community). The hotel has a nice area in the back with rocks and paths for a small dog to wander around. Will definately return"
