"Staff at Serenity Terraces Beach Hotel-Kokrobite were responsive and accommodating during my 2-day stay. They promptly addressed overnight power issues, and management comped a room upgrade as a goodwill gesture. The team's helpfulness stood out, consistent with the property's strong staff ratings."

"The staff was excellent. They treated me with love and respect. Can wait to return😊"

"Good location with helpful staff and everything needed for a pleasant stay - pool, gym, courts, bar with decent menu. The rooms are comfortable. The hotel is used a lot for conferencs and delegations, which may distract some leisure visitors."

"One of the best value for what you pay for in Accra."

"Great value"

"Clean environment, courteous staff "

"The facilities in the room are top notch. Great services rendered by the staff. Nice and cool atmosphere. "

"A truly special place that feels like home. From the moment I arrived, I felt much more like a guest in a beautiful home than in a traditional hotel. It has all the services and comfort of a hotel, but with a warm, personal and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel completely at ease. The exquisite art throughout the property adds so much character and makes every space feel unique and inspiring. Everything feels thoughtfully designed and cared for. I would also like to mention the airport...

"A decent place, great interior, study desk, and a pretty great breakfast. Recommended for quality service on a budget. Little concerns over some of their facilities and housekeeping which could be better."
