"La maison occupe le RDC de celle des propriétaires. Les photos publiées sur le site ne précisent pas complètement que la piscine est plutôt la leur. Nous n'y sommes allés que 2 fois en 15 jours. La semaine du 15 Août pendant notre séjour, les propriétaires étaient là avec leur famille. Ils sont cependant extrêmement gentils. Nous avons pu déguster les figues et les tomates du potager. Il me semble que l'annonce devrait être plus précise. La Sardaigne est magnifique et les Sardes toujours gentils...

Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Fr. Mercedes war äußerst bemüht. Restaurantempfehlung, Autoservice usw.... wurde rasch und unkompliziert über Whatsapp ausgetauscht. Danke Wolfgang"

"Accueil chaleureux dans une ancienne maison sarde typique et confortable. Beaucoup de charme. Très bon emplacement, à dix minutes de voiture d’Alghero , station balnéaire très agréable à découvrir. "Villa Paraiba was a perfect holiday stay for our large family. We had stayed nearby previously and we love the area and Alghero town, with its wonderful streets and plentiful restaurants, bars and Gelateria! The Villa is remote enough to feel very secluded but close enough to make runs into town or nearby beaches in 10-15 minutes. But a hire car is essential and the Villa has plenty of parking spaces. "Property needs new refrigerator and no beach towels. Trash disposal place 45 minutes drive. Pool needed alternate day attention due to heat and algae buildup. Gorgeous setting and large pool. Hosts nice had fruit on hand when arrived , water and wine. Place needs updating."

"Wir lieben den Charme alter Häuser und somit auch dieses Ferienhaus. Wenn auch nicht alles perfekt, der sensationelle Blick auf das Meer und der direkte Abgang zum Strand gleicht alles aus. Sonnenuntergang war für alle Pflichttermin auf der vorderen Terrasse. Tolle Strandspaziergänge und eindrucksvolle Wanderungen mussten manchmal das Baden im stürmischen Meer ersetzen.
