Enjoyable stay in central location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Minor negatives were white towels that smelled clean, but were discoloured and an odd smell from the bathroom - no window.

Beautiful, elegant hotel - impeccable. We had the Panoramic Suite which was a lovely space to stay in - nothing to fault. Very good breakfast Professional, friendly service - thank you Alessandro e lo staff. A few steps across the bridge to the gorgeous, authentic town - not too touristy.

The location is fantastic, just across the bridge from the historical center. The rooms are nice and comfortable, with modern bathrooms. However, what made this hotel score significantly above the 3 stars for me was the exceptional service from each staff member, especially Alessandro at the front desk ! Ask, the staff at the breakfast service was wonderful and SMILING! Best experience in this trip this far & that includes the so card 5 star hotels.

Arrived at the hotel found it weird that the details of the room weren’t confirmed at the front desk except for the total nights we were staying. We arrived at our room and noticed it wasn’t the Superior Room with 2 levels like we booked. We called the front and dealt with the same person Alessandro which is the Manager this was “Story 1” he mentioned that the booking wasn’t for 2 levels. “Story 2” the room you have now is an upgrade.” Story 3” Orbitz made a mistake in the titling of the room. I could tell I was being given the a bunch of stories and tried to be made of a fool. So I reached out to Orbitz they confirmed that it was a 2 level superior room that I booked and that’s when “Story 4” came around and now he said it “We are unavailable with rooms.” He told the dedicated customer service team. It’s a nicer vintage luxury hotel but the vibe was off didn’t like the feeling it left me. If you book with this hotel please make sure to confirm that you are getting what you booked ahead so they don’t try to pull the same stunt.

Lovely hotel on the side of the river with its own car park. Just across the bridge and your in the beautiful old town of Bosa. Great breakfast. We ate in the hotel on the first night. Nice meal but there are better places to eat in the town. Overall highly recommend

Sehr schönes Hotel, das an einen James Bond Film erinnert. Ich hatte durch expedia einen top Preis auf das wohl "kleinste Zimmer" im Haus (ohne Wirlpool oder Sauna) und war trotzdem sehr gut damit bedient. Schönes großes Bad, Hygieneartikel aller art, Duschgel etc. vorhanden. Um sich Bosa anzusehen eine top lage, das Hotel hat auch einen eigenen Parkplatz mit Schranke und Chipzugang. Lediglich der Punkt "Verdunklung des Zimmers" entsprach nicht ganz meiner vorstellung, hier hatte ich nur einen normalen Vorhang, keinen, wie angegeben der komplett das Licht schluckt. Auch im Preis inbegriffen: ein sehr gutes Frühstück mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Jederzeit wieder, dann gerne mit Freundin/Frau und ein größeres Zimmer um die Katzen schnurren zu lassen! Romantik Pur.

We stayed in the family room, which is located in level 4 right under the roof. The elevator opens right into the room which makes it quite noisy and annoying being woken up by it. This might however be not the case with the other rooms.
