"Cycling London to Paris. This was our first stop. No bike storage, but chained to railings in full sight of 24hr reception. Hotel was very nice, and looking at staying here again. Food was delicious, including evening buffet. Staff were very helpful, including escorting us to see the chef to discuss vegetarian buffet options (and help with language barrier). Unfortunately, we did not have a long enough stay to enjoy the hotel's facilities (pool, spa, golf, grounds, etc), but would look at...

"Quick stop over before channel crossing the next morning. Perfect for the kids after long drive. Great little farm and play area and nice food outlet/ restaurant. Couldn’t really fault it. Comfy, clean and reasonable price. "

We paid €346 for one night (two adults, one teenager and two dogs to stay in the Junior suite, room 309 in the clock tower) Without question, the property is absolutely stunning and in a very peaceful location/landscape. We had driven from Manchester, England at 6 am and after a two hour delay on the Eurotunnel, we finally reached the Château at 1930hrs.
