"The property itself was beautiful. However it is not centrally located and we did not have a car. There were no restaurants or stores to walk to. On top of that they had a private party and we couldn’t get dinner at the restaurant, we went hungry after a long flight. The pool kiosk was not open. There were 3 waters in the fridge and no one at the desk to get more. Hungry, tired and frustrated was the start of our Italy experience!"
