"Everything was excellent in my opinion. The staff are happy and friendly. We were lucky on our afternoon game drives we saw lots of animals. The morning game drive was very quiet, probably due to the cold weather conditions. The buffet was well catered for. The room was very comfortable and spacious. I highly recommend this property. "It was our family's second time at ANEW RESORT Hunters Rest, and it outdid the first time which was great! Again, we had a family birthday being celebrated, and we were greeted by Thabang at reception with a message from the staff. That was followed by a cake and a written greeting card upon arrival at our accommodation, which had been generously upgraded much to our great pleasure and comfort. We had an enjoyable weekend and the pool was a main hangout for our children. We appreciated the coureous service in all respects - reception, dining, etc. and some names come to mind - Thabang, Tshego (reception), Boibelo, Dimakaso and Chris (dining) - of course we can't forget to Big Up GM Stephan (whose guiding hand we are sure was at work - we hope to see him next time we visit). Keep up the good work ALL! "

"Amazing resort in Pilanesberg. Very high standard of service. Food and service first class. Safari vehicles well maintained and comfortable. Even have comfort stop during drives. Our ranger excellent (Jaktah-probably spelt incorrectly sorry) with vast knowledge of wildlife and birdlife. Saw big five. Each drive very different in terms of viewing and terrain. Rooms comfortable and spacious as were communal areas. Nice pool."
