"An exceptional stay at Çırağan Palace. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional and attentive, while the historic setting and magnificent views of the Bosphorus made the experience truly special. The rooms were beautifully appointed, comfortable and impeccably maintained, and the overall attention to detail was excellent. The location is also ideal for exploring Istanbul while still providing a peaceful and exclusive retreat. What stood out most was the quality of the hospitality and the unique character of the property. Çırağan Palace is more than just a luxury hotel; it is an experience in its own right. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and refined stay in Istanbul."

"The hotel is very clean and well located near Taksim square, the room is large and adequate for two persons. The rate per night is reasonable for the quality, cleanlessness and location. They do offer daily free bottle of Water, Nescafé and Tea. I would stay again at Titanic city Taksim and I would recommend this hotel to others."

"We chose this hotel because it was conveniently located close to the venue where we were attending a wedding reception, and we couldn’t have made a better choice. From the moment we arrived, we were very pleased with the hotel. Everything was clean, beautifully maintained, and welcoming. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was equally spacious and spotless. I was initially a little hesitant about booking breakfast because of some previous reviews, but I’m so glad we decided to include it. The breakfast was excellent, with a generous open buffet offering plenty of fresh seasonal fruits, a wonderful selection of cheeses and breads, as well as fresh omelettes and waffles prepared to our liking. The location is another great advantage. It is about a 15-minute walk to Ortaköy and around 20 minutes to Nişantaşı and Galataport. We especially enjoyed the beautiful walk along the Bosphorus, with stunning views all the way. The hotel is also conveniently located near the pier for daily boat tours. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already planning to return to the same hotel when our daughter comes to visit us. Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable. We look forward to coming back!"

"🌟 Unforgettable Stay – We Felt Like Family! Review Score: 4/5 We just returned from our family trip to Istanbul, and the absolute best part of this hotel was the phenomenal staff. The entire reception team was amazing, but we want to give a special mention to Eyup. His service was absolutely phenomenal, and he went completely above and beyond for us. By the end of our stay, the whole team felt like family, and they made us feel like a part of theirs. We stayed in a top-floor air conditioned apartment with very good accommodation and incredibly comfortable beds. The rooms were reasonably clean for the local standard, though the hotel itself felt a little undermaintained in places. If you want a comfortable stay with world-class hospitality, this is the place. We would love to return in a heartbeat just to see our new family again!"
