Room was good, I was given a handicap room. the roll in bathroom light didn't work. I informed the front desk. No one came to fix it. I took a table lamp & put it in the bathroom to shower. Flushed the toilet & the chain broke. I didn't bother to report it as the bathroom light was never fixed when reported.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. They were very helpful in resolving any cleanliness/upkeep issues related to the room booked, which did unfortunately exist. But all in all, it was very a convenient and easy stay for a quick get-away.

Veronica the staff was excellent She was very helpful and knowledgeable of what was going on anything that she could help with she did.. my biggest issue is that when the cleaning crew takes your towels, it’s hard for you to get replacement towels in when I have to go out to the store to get towels because my friends and family doesn’t have towels that part is unacceptable. That was my biggest problem. Everything else was fine, but that was a big issue when you have to take a bath and you have no towels to take it and the front desk can’t give you any because they don’t have any to give.

Comforter, pillow cases, and tub wasn’t clean, called front desk about it but never got anything. The front desk worker was very friendly and quiet place to stay in.
