Set within 11 acres of grounds of Wyberton House, the properties take their name from the site’s original use, a Woad Farm, with worker’s cottages and a Mill. We allow fishing but only with sweetcorn, worms or maggots no boilies, pellets, ground baits or feeds of any kind, we have Grass Carp, Tench, Roach and Koi up to about 8-10 lbs. We operate a catch-and-release policy with no barbed hooks and guests are only allowed to fish at the side of their cabin or from the deck so that they don’t intrude on other guest’s privacy.
