Very clean property and room, staff very friendly and helpful, and location was optimal. Bed was far too firm and pillows were awful (in my opinion), and bathroom sink pressure was poor but adequate (shower was fantastic!). Nightlight in bathroom illuminated the rest of the room to the point of making sleep difficult, and thermostat couldn’t be set below 67 degrees. Left before breakfast options were available. For what the price was, likely won’t stay here again.

Overall great stay! Room is spacious and feels nice. Shower is good and well equipped. Convenient location with groceries nearby, easy transport. Has $ 20 breakfast in hotel. Major concern is that Wi-Fi is not a secure network and a bit slow. Living room floor can be cleaner.

Excellently located for Boston College. Stayed 5 nights and on 2 nights my room wasn’t serviced , this was disappointing. The view pass and the railcards are a nice touch. Breakfast was fine but would have expected more choice for the cost. This is a very expensive hotel and I’d think twice about coming again. The staff are absolutely lovely, friendly and helpful.
