The room was small, the water in the bathroom was not hot, the bathroom was shared by all four rooms on the floor. The woman who helped me get in (not her job) was very kind and helpful. The air conditioning was good. The room was cheap and close to the Commons and theater area.

The room was neat however the bathroom on 3rd floor was under maintenance and hence had to share the 1 on the 1st floor. The property cannot keep luggage post checkout which was a huge inconvenience since I had to find a storage space and go there. They allowed me to check in a couple hours earlier and that was really helpful. So they do try to accommodate when they can. Additionally great location, alot to see in walking distance.

Staff was super helpful through text! It is an older building room was small. But it survived its purpose well. I really only slept here and and showered. The shared bathroom was pretty clean but would recommend bringing some Flipflops or something to wear. Would stay here again for sure. Great location!

It was a fairly quiet, clean and tidy hotel. My room was small so there was barely enough space for luggage.There was running water. The heater worked well but that was the only electrical appliance I used.

It is very basic accommodations. The bathroom and shower are extremely small. The air conditioning unit was not functioning properly. The remote control for the AC did not work at all. There was a vent hose from the AC unit to the outside via the window that was held in place by duck tape that was not sticking properly allowing humid air into the room. The wifi worked. No other amenities were used by us so we do not have strong feelings about them. My husband had to clean one of the glasses that was in the room before he could use it. It was greasy, dirty. The complex was very quiet. The room served its purpose for us, in that is provided a place to sleep, but not much beyond that. We stayed in room 32 at 143 Arlington. The picture of the room type did not match the appearance of the room we stayed in.

It was a convenient location with a decent room, however there should be a more detailed description for the overall building since it is more of a hostel environment than apartments. Also I think I should be able to have the tv and the fan on without the entire electrical circuit blowing, that’s all.

perfect localisation for Boston Marathon or Boston sightseeing. There was microwave and toaster in the kitchen annex. There was no kettle though. Close to busy highway but bearable with closed window. There was no late check out option but there is a storage in nearby dry cleaning shop ( booking through Bounce app). Overall would use it again even though it is very basic.

I would rate my stay at this hotel excellent, and I am not just saying that. The check in / check out process is done remotely. When I first arrived to the location and no one was there I was worried. I received a text on how to check in and got along fine. The area is within a mile of all the main attractions of Boston but far enough away. The room was simple. The main shopping area of Boston was less than a mile away. This was likely the most affordable place to stay. If nothing were to change about this hotel, I would recommend staying here. Just be prepared for a remote communication delay, if you understand this you will be fine. No pool or gym included in the hotel, but nearby those things are available to the area.

The stairs were crooked, and there were a lot of them. I think the bed was memory foam, but it was soft memory foam, so if you sat on the bed before going to sleep you spent the rest of the night tilting toward the dip. I couldn't figure out the heater/air conditioner really, so this might've been user error, but when I ran the A/C it cooled whatever it was directly hitting but heated up the rest of the room. The area you're supposed to put the trash was too difficult to open, I'm not sure if there was some trick to it, but I couldn't manage it so I just held onto trash until I passed a public trash can. The staff was very good at responding to texts. Location-wise, it's in a pretty good area- it's a short walk to multiple train stations, a small playground, good food & the post office.

Bed was clean and comfortable with good lighting. There was a fridge, microwave, and air conditioning in the room. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner was also provided in the bathroom. Managers were responsive via e-mail and text whenever you had questions during the stay.

Decent accommodation for a good price

Economic accommodation, good location, proximity to great restaurants and cafes. Shared washroom between residents can be hard, depending on the other residents' cleanliness. The management has a daily cleaning scheduled. Kitchen is very low on supplies, no spoons or forks could be found. Only bowls and some pans. Good place to stay if you plan to stay out most of the day and only need a place to crash at night and to keep your luggage at during the day.
