The property was exceptionally peaceful and quiet. Any requests or needs were promptly addressed. The property was meticulously maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The best part was the proximity to shopping and tourist areas.

According to price, it is what to be expected. Although the photo's on the website did not match the room. Everything was there. A good bed, a private bathroom and a kichinette. A bit far the nearest shops (supermarket). But nice, quiet, perfect communication. Very well explained in emails upfront arrival about door access etc.

Great location, couple blocks away from Commonwealth park and subway station. Room was pretty tight but good cant be the price. Communication with the property was very good and very responsive. Nothing was working, toilets were clogged and overflowing, horrible. Dirty rooms and carpets. Poor overall management and condition. Shower was not functioning for 3 days out of 6 days in shared bathroom and toilet was blocked in toilet upstairs, and everyone was using single shared bathroom. They didn't even clean the overflowing toilets and it was all smelly.

Staying in this hotel like staying at your home

My stay at the Bay Village Hotel in Boston was amazing. To be honest, it was my first experience staying in a self-serving hotel like this. However, everything was good. No one disturbed me, and every time, the hotel was quiet like I was alone in the entire building, and it was convenient.

It was a clean place, but the shared bathroom door didn’t close properly, and the heater wasn’t working well, I had to sleep with my jacket on plus it was super noisy and would turn on and off automatically so I was constantly waking up scared. There’s no check-in desk, so everything is handled via email. While the staff responded quickly, the process felt less flexible. I would recommend for a few days.
