  • Enjoy beautiful sunsets over Boston from your private deck off the Master Suite. This super cute 3 bedroom 1.5 bath is waiting for you to enjoy the summer we have waited for all year! Take a 5 minute walk to the commuter boat to Boston and have a nice dinner in the North End. Or, spend your days at Nantasket Beach. There is a private deck in the back of the house with a grill so you can enjoy your summer nights! Take a 2 minute walk to the Coast Guard beach and grab some of our guest beach chairs and let the stress melt away. We look forward to hosting you! Wonderful Getaway

The house was beautiful, clean, and the perfect little getaway! It was well stocked - the only thing extra we would have liked to have would have been a set of measuring spoons/cups but that was easy to work around. The small details made it a wonderful place to stay and ‘come home to’ every night whether we went in to Boston for the day or just hung around town. Highly recommend!

This is a cute, clean, well decorated and well stocked cottage. It’s in a great location. Away from downtown and very quiet. Bev, the owner was very responsive and directions/instructions were very clear. We had a great two weeks.

Steps to the sand

My sisters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beverly was great. The house was clean and bright and the linens and towels were lovely. The house feels surrounded by nature with the a marsh out back and glimpses of the bay from upstairs. Amazing sunrises and sunsets.

Great alternative to NH or Maine.House was in excellent shape, cozy. Jaccuzzi was unexpected suprise as i forgot it was in the description.PLENTY of towels, Well stocked! Great deck overlooking salt marsh. A heron visited almost every morning. Good location

Loved the house. It had a great beach feel inside. It had all the amenities of home. Wi-Fi ,TV, beach chairs, towels everything you need. Loved the deck/porch off the master bedroom. Best feature it was only 1/2 mile from Pemberton Point Ferry into Boston. (10 min walk 1 min drive)

Great relaxing location and view

The home was perfect for what we needed, close to the ferry and beach. The decors was cute, but not too much. We had everything we needed, and then some, including Nespresso and k cup coffee pots.. We knew there was not a washer and dryer, but it would have been nice. We will stay there again.

Very cozy and clean cottage. It was small inside for us as adult couple and would be real tight if there had been third adult or older child. But great location on marsh at end of the road. Used as base to go all over to Newport, Providence, Plymouth, Lexington\Concord and several outings to Boston. Great porch, BBQ, coffee and kitchen essentials. We liked Hull, Nantasket Beach and Hingham shops and eating options very much and it was late September so zero crowds anywhere we went. Leslie was easy to communicate with via VRBO.

Pleasant Stay

We stayed at this house while on vacation. It was a pleasant stay away from the hustle and congestion of the city. It was a very peaceful and serene neighborhood. I spotted a deer from the deck as I had my coffee. We particularly enjoyed ferrying into Boston on a few of the days we were there. The only thing that I didn’t like is that there was no washer and dryer on the property, but I knew that before we arrived. Bev was extraordinary to deal with. She gave clear instructions and was responsive when I needed her. Overall, great place. Book with confidence, I don’t think you will be disappointed.
