Family Trip to Boston!

This Vrbo rental did not disappoint. The location was perfect, the house was spotless and stocked with every personal essential you would need plus snacks and water! It’s a beautiful well kept place. Would definitely book here again! Thank for having us, my family and I had a blast in Boston!

Girls trip

A group of my friends meet here to stay. It was exactly what the photos looked like. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure and temperature was great. Great location safe neighborhood, and a yummy little bakery just around the corner. 10 out of 10 would stay here again.

Great place to stay with family. We had age 3 to 95. Narrow stairs so not a place if you have trouble with stairs. Otherwise, plenty of space and a lovely stay.

Beautiful Decor

Joanna’s home is fantastic and just as shown on VRBO! We had plenty of space for our family of four and had everything we needed. Great location-plenty of Ubers to and from the city-15 minute ride. We look forward to a return visit!

3 couples stayed 4 night, the location of a quiet neighborhood was perfect. Easy commute by bus and train into town, or a very doable Uber ride. We did 3 full days of sightseeing and MLB games prior to boarding a cruis ship

NYE getaway

We stayed for our friends and family Annual New years eve getaway. 4 couples plus kids. The place was clean, easy to find, plenty ofclose walking distance to anything you would need. We didn't go to the casino but it's 5 mins away, 10 mins to Boston easy access. Kids had a blast with the arcade machine and snacks provided. Parents enjoyed the space and having the kids occupied.The owner was easily reachable for any questions and did a good job communicating. Would stay here again!

I rented the cottage for some of my coaches who were in town for a volleyball tournament. It was the perfect place for them to stay. It was quiet and comfortable after a long day of volleyball. The accommodations themselves were clean and well maintained. Each coach separately messaged me that the house was beautiful. When I had questions, they were answered right away, and the host was very accommodating with my requests. I will happily be sending my coaches back to this lovely property again next year!

Loved it in Everett

The property was great! We would stay there again. Joanna was really responsive and helpful. We got to get familiar with the neighborhood and it’s within walking distance to several local grocery stores and restaurants. Recommend Hacienda for Mexican 😀. Close enough to Target by Uber if you need to pick up a few things or other restaurants. Ubered into the city!

Large property close to Boston

My family (6A, 3C) stayed here for an extended family Thanksgiving in Boston. It was nice to have such a large area with off street parking so close to the city. The bedrooms were split across the top two floors of a multifamily, including an efficiency. The only negative was no response from the owners for a couple of questions we had on parking and checkout

Beautiful and welcoming!

Lovely home in Boston suburbs. The host really tries to think of everything you could need. Very comfortable and spacious. Two things to note: one of the upstairs bedrooms does not have a door and this is an older home with staircases that are steep and winding--a little difficult to haul a suitcase or cooler up the stairs and could be difficult for elderly or very young children.

Large home for family groups

The home is beautiful! There are a lot of narrow stairs to the main level of Unit 2 and another set of stairs to the top floor bedrooms. Senior citizens may struggle with the climbs. The kids really enjoyed the game room area and the comfy sunroom space. No large eating area available.

This home had wonderful space to spread out. The living room TV was HUGE! Beautifully finishes. We would definitely rent again. My only suggestion would be more comfortable seating in the living room. This was barely an issue as we were not all at the home at the same time for very long. Thank you for the kind hospitality we had a blast!

Perfect for our group and age range, need extra bedding

This house was perfect for us and our family. We had several adults plus a 4, 6, and 1yo. It was really nice having the crib and the high chair available, super helpful. The one thing we wished for was extra bedding. We needed to change the sheets one night for one of the kids and we couldn't find any extra bedding. That was a little difficult. But the apartment was clean and in a great location.

Our convention

The property was absolutely beautiful. When we arrived we were taken aback by the amount of stairs to get up to the unit and then up to the last two bedrooms. However, we are all letter carriers so we got over it pretty quickly. If you are traveling with someone with bad knees, back, or legs then this may not be the place for you. Otherwise, the place was immaculate. The kitchen and bathroom were equipped with everything we needed. Thanks for the hospitality.

Great home

Our family of 10 stayed in the house for an event in Boston at the USS Costitution. Location is about 15 minutes from that harbor area. The location felt safe and no security issues. It took a bit of back and forth communication to get the air conditioning to work throughout the two levels, it was super hot and humid that day, but the host was very responsive. The house was in very good condition. There was plenty of room for ten of us to sleep and eat in. We used the supplied folding table and chairs for eating and additional seating for playing cards. The steps may be intimidating for some older people, but the ones that took the bedrooms upstairs had no problems. We would definitely stay here again if we get a chance to come back to Boston in the future!

Great house!

Since we were three couples, each couple wanted their own bathroom. Although there are three bedrooms on the main floor there was only one bathroom. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the top floor, but oddly the bedroom with the en-suite bathroom did not have a door. The beds were comfortable. The host responded quickly and took care of everything as soon as possible. The location was fine. We just just wished it was closer to downtown Boston. There weren’t a lot of eating options walking distance but what we did find were good. We discovered the back stairway which was so much easier to climb up and down then the front stairway. Overall, it is a great house.Thank you!

Comfortable retreat in Everett, MA

My family and friends recently stayed at this charming VRBO house in Everett, MA, and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. First and foremost, the location was fantastic. This was a well-appointed property - completely updated and comfortable. Some things to be aware of: 1. This unit is on floors 2 and 3 , so all luggage, etc. must be carried up either one or two sets of steep stairs. 2. There are two bedrooms (plus one very small bed in its own room) and one bathroom on the main floor and two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper floor accessed by a steep staircase with very low ceiling height. We were not provided with the key code prior to check in and had to leave messages for the owner multiple times and call VRBO to finally get the code to enter the building. We discovered the upstairs electrical outlets did not work and the owner asked us to find and flip the breaker to fix it. The dishwasher did not work and we did not discover until day 3 that it was unplugged under the sink. I thought these issues should have been identified and fixed prior to our arrival. Otherwise, it was in a quiet neighborhood, had adequate parking, and was not far from main freeways, city attractions and the airport.
