Hello, we would be honored to host you! First floor sunny 3 bedroom unit. Owner lives on premises so any concerns/needs will be promptly tended to. In the Hyde Park area of Boston and walking distance to bus line. Washer/dryer in unit with laundry detergent provided. One off street parking spot and plenty of on street free parking. 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. Furnished perfectly for a clean & clutter free space! The entire first floor apartment, one off street spot in the back, private back porch with seating are available to guests on our property. During your stay we are one text away for any questions or concerns. We encourage guests to reach out to us. Quiet neighborhood, mostly families. Ross Park is 2 blocks away- a quick 5 minute walk to a playground, basketball court, tennis court and track to walk. At the beginning of the street is a convenience store. Grocery store 1/2 mile away, as well as a Starbucks, Planet Fitness gym, Burger King, CVS & Dunkin Donuts! During your stay, getting around is convenient. We're within walking distance of major bus lines, and the transit station at Forest Hills is just a couple of miles away via bus. From Forest Hills, you'll have easy access to various parts of Boston, including Seaport, Boston Commons, downtown Boston, and more. Enjoy exploring the city with ease!

Spacious and clean

Owners are easy to work with. Very responsive. The place is clean and quite spacious. Much more for the money than a Boston hotel and you have real laundry machines all to yourself. Great option for families.

Overall, the size of the house was perfect for our family. Lots of space! It was very clean and well stocked. The only downside is that it is a pet friendly home and that was noticeable when we arrived.it got vet wjotcer

Girls Trip!!

We ae 3 women (ages 56-76) who left our husbands at home. This place is great, roomy and has everything that we need. The steps to the back (2nd story) door are steep, but the two older ladies were able to make it to the top! I highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Quiet neighborhood!!

Nice apartment

Overall it was a very nice property. The unexpected heat wave had us very hot however. The A/C was turned completely off when we arrived, so it was 95 degrees. It took 4 hours to get down to 81 around 10:00. I contacted the property managers, and they had fans delivered to us at 11:30pm. Three of us ended up sleeping on the floor it was so hot. The upper loft area never did cool down enough to use. By day 2, it got down to 75. But never below that even though we had the temp set at 70.
