"The young lady that checked me in was phenomenal the entire hotel stay was amazing the room was super clean the gym and pool is 10 out 10 soon as you step out the door you are in walking distance of everything this will be my hotel stay every time I visit Boston high five to the entire Hyatt Team you are do it right for the customer experience "

"Very disappointing and alarming experience. Around 1:00 a.m., while I was asleep, the bathroom glass door in my room suddenly shattered and scattered glass across the floor. This was a serious safety hazard, and I could have been badly injured.
Although staff moved me to another room, they were not apologetic and did not seem to treat the incident with the seriousness it deserved. This was not just an inconvenience. It was a serious guest safety issue.
I request that hotel management contact...
