  • Cozy 2-bedroom apartment in charming historic 1920's home with original bathroom and all original woodwork, updated with modern amenities and wanting for nothing. Enjoy an amazing night's sleep on new luxury firm hybrid mattresses in both the king and queen bedrooms, with luxurious hotel-style linens and comforters and pillows. Well-stocked eat-in kitchen with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal including gas stove, complete pots and pans, dishwasher, coffee station, microwave, etc. A short Uber or subway ride into Boston. This home is a gem. I could not have been happier. The house is perfect in every way. It’s warm, inviting and comfortable. The accommodations, supplies, and overall environment combined to make this the most beautiful short-term rental we have ever had the pleasure of staying at. Truly, without exaggeration, this home can serve as an example of what every rental should look and feel like. Mark, the owner, was a great communicator beforehand and throughout and made sure we were well taken care of and comfortable. The house itself is a piece of history lovingly restored to perfection. I look forward to visiting again in the future.

The house was beautiful, elegant and peaceful. It was nice to have all the spices and things like butter and eggs in the fridge and condiments even things like applesauce and noodles in the cabinets made it feel homey. Thank you.It was actually very easy with google maps to take the back roads to the airport and miss lots of freeway traffic.

This home was wonderful. Impeccably clean, extremely comfortable beds and couches, and fully stocked with everything plus more that you could possibly need. And the location being so close to Boston was amazing. The seller’s instructions were also clear and communication was friendly and responsive. I have nothing but positive things to say about the whole experience. I am looking forward to staying here again if I am in the area.

We met Mark upon our arrival and he was very kind to give us a tour of his beautiful home. The kitchen was well-equipped to host a dinner and two brunches! The surroundings were beautifully appointed and the setting exceptionally quiet! Will definitely make it a stop again should our travel warrant another visit to that area!

We absolutely LOVED our stay in this beautiful historic home! From the moment we walked through the door, we felt like we had stepped back in time while still enjoying all the modern comforts we needed. The character and charm of the house were incredible, with so many unique architectural details and thoughtful touches that made the property feel special.The home was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and it was clear that great care had been taken to preserve its history. It had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation in Boston. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the cozy living spaces and imagining the stories these walls could tell.The location was perfect, and Mark was friendly, responsive, and welcoming throughout our stay. It’s a short drive to the T and with a parking spot (hard to find in Boston)! If you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind experience filled with history, charm, and comfort, this is the place to stay. This property was well-appointed and very welcoming. It has a fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar, comfortable living spaces, and high quality bedding.
