It is very hard to find, the sat nav takes you on a weird tour, in the end I had to try a different way because the sat nav just couldn’t find it! The room was very clean as was the whole hotel. There is no check in desk which is so weird, I didn’t see a staff meme we the whole time I was there! The continental breakfast is nice enough but you have to eat it in your room as there is room for approx 3 people in the breakfast room!! Overall a very nice but very weird hotel!

Perfect for City Centre visit to Boston an absolutely stunning building expertly converted to a very luxurious level . Plenty parking on site at reasonable £4 for 24 hours. Rooms are beautifully designed and decorated with everything very high quality Continental breakfast including toast cheese ham yogurt fresh fruits and quality coffees.

Nice looking hotel. Room was clean. Probably not the best for young children as the painting in the bathroom scared them. The room we were had no bath and no air conditioning. The main issue for me was that the sofa bed was not set up for sleeping and we had to do this ourselves. This is a smart hotel so I know I understand there’s limited staff. I appreciated the breakfast in the morning. Overall it is a nice place best suited for no children or for families with older children.

We were upgraded to the Suite which was absolutely beautiful. Only stayed one night but loved it, if in the area again then we will return. The only down side was that there wasn't any air-conditioning but they provided us with 2 fans which was lovely so it wasn't too hot. Will recommend to anyone, parking is only £4 which is very cheap

What a fantastic hotel. Location was great, right in the middle of it all. Room was great with loads of room. The room Needs coat hangers and some draws for clothes as we had to live out of our bags. Up date the blinds, apart from this we would stay again. Breakfast room was great as well, just get cups that fit in the coffee machine. The staff assisted us straight away when asked. All done through WhatsApp. WiFi was brilliant

Beautiful glamorous old building with modern design rooms which feels strange but no complaints here. Check in was difficult as we had not checked in online and you need to be aware there’s no reception and a code to access is required. In addition, parking is £4.40 for 24 hours but all good. I’d definitely use this hotel again

Stayed many times will stay again. Even though we had a big problem getting into the hotel after a night out had to wait 40 minutes for some one to come out and get the main electronic doors to open. Their hotel chain seem to be good value for a night stay which we often do

Fantastic 1 night stay

Extremely clean, very modern lovely hotel. Big rooms great walk in shower and a big smart TV. Self check-in which we actually like. Room service from a nearby sister hotel which we didn't try but the menu does look very nice.
