Welcome to Weymouth! Welcome to this beautiful stunning waterfront home with 2,847 sqft, 3 heating/ cooling systems, attached In-Law Suite, cathedral ceiling, private beach and built in beach fire pit. Unreal scenery with the best view while being so close to Boston. Large deck overlooking the water and watch the amazing sunsets. The home is conveniently located near top attractions like Nantasket Beach and just 16 miles from Boston Logan International Airport, 22 miles from Gillette Stadium. Kid playground and recreation are just feet away from the property.
The Space
This is a spacious home with 2,847 sq.ft, 4 bedrooms with 5 beds. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor and 1 bedroom on the first floor in the in-law suite. 4 full bathrooms, 1 on the second floor, 2 on the first floor and 1 on the lower level. Double driveway with 6 cars, please always use our driveway to park, no street parking.
TV is in every bedroom, living room and family room. The kitchen with full cooking equipment but if cooking is not your thing, you're minutes away from authentic restaurants.

Four adults spent four days. Property was as advertised. Clean, nicely furnished home in a quiet neighborhood, close to Boston transit system and interstate highways. Easy access to airport. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Communication with property management was excellent. I highly recommend this property if you plan a visit to Boston and the surrounding area. Lots of things to do and this property is the perfect home base.

Graduation stay

The house was very clean, had a beautiful view and plenty of bathrooms. It was perfect for my large family to stay for my daughter’s graduation. The pool table was a big hit with my adult children. Highly recommend!!

Great family rental on the water

This was one of the rare properties where the actual experience and reality meets & in fact beats the marketing perception projected. An excellent home perfect for a large family/group. Very clean and beautifully furnished & decorated. The views of the coastline were great as were the provisions for outdoor activities. A pool table was a nice touch for days not conducive for outdoor active. Its location was safe, quiet and easily accessible to Boston. A gem!

Spacious Home with Beautiful Views

This home had a beautiful view in a wonderful neighborhood. It is a very spacious property that provided plenty of room to relax and unwind. We enjoyed the family time and the pool table made the kids very happy. Amy is a wonderful host with great communication. Would gladly return again.

Fantastic Stay in Weymouth, MA

Our family throughly enjoyed our stay in the Boston area. The home in Weymouth was perfect for our family. The location was great for easy access to the MBTA for all our activities in Boston. The home was very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the water. We enjoyed having breakfast on the deck. Amy was a wonderful host and responded immediately to any messages. I would highly recommend home for anyone visiting the Boston area.

Boston Adventure

Took the family on a Boston adventure and stayed here. Love that it is tucked away on a quiet waterfront block. The house is spacious and immaculate. So easy to get to Boston. Needless to say, we enjoyed our stay. Amy is a wonderful and gracious host. I would come back next time we are in town :)

Family Christmas

The house was perfect for my sons and their families. The kids enjoyed the downstairs space with the pool table and spent every morning playing before coming to Nana and Papa’s house. They commented on how really clean everything was and what a great space for more than one family to enjoy!!! Thank you again for providing such a perfect place!

Spacious Waterfront Retreat: Perfect Thanksgiving Stay for Family

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving stay at this waterfront beach house! A great location for access to Boston and the South Shore. Great Place - would stay again!

Everything was as noted, and Amy was a delight. It was perfect for multigenerational family - the first-floor in-law suite was great for the oldest of the bunch. Plenty of room to be together and to have your own space. Outdoor space and view were a plus. Plenty of paper products, full size shampoo/conditioner/soap and other nice details provided.

IT WAS GREAT

We were downstairs playing pool using our IPad to screen mirror every NCAA Game and had a great family pool tourney. The beds were comfortable. We played hide and seek at night with the kids and it was a lot of fun, tons of great spots to hide!

Fabulous Home!

We were a family of 8 and the home offered plenty of room for all of us. House was gorgeous and very clean. Neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and visiting with each other. Host (Amy) was very responsive, communication was excellent throughout the visit. Location was close to Boston, the train station, Plymouth and Salem. Views were incredible. Would definitely stay again, highly recommend!

Perfect for our needs

The owner was very responsive. For our first VRBO the perfect experience. Very spacious, ultra clean, very comfy chairs couches and outdoor seating as well! Great parking - Very clean, great location for us - roughly 1 mile to the train view of lake/river is industrial but the breeze is great, the water/air was clean! Highly recommended - Thank you Amy!!

Family vacation

Met the needs of our large family gathering (8 adults and 1 baby). Host was accommodating to bring us a pack and play. Only thing we would recommend to the host is to provide more games for families and maybe a baby gate to block the stairs to the basement, as we needed to barricade it with a desk to keep our toddler safe. The neighborhood was beautiful but be mindful to limit blocking the road with Uber/Lyft as one of the neighbors seemed annoyed with us about that. If possible - rent a car. Overall it was a nice, quiet place to stay.

TERRIFIC PROPERTY AND HOST!!

We were 7 family members from the West on a trip to the east coast. Hotels in Boston are ridiculously expensive plus pay for parking. This property held us all comfortably. Four baths were wonderful to have, beds were comfy, kitchen a great size. Just damp enough during our stay that we never got coffee on the deck but enjoyed the river being there. Braintree train station is 3 or 4 miles away and we were able to catch the train to town easily. Location was comfortably out of the city for days that we went to Plymouth, Hyannis, Newport, Lexington and Concord. There is so much to see in this area we would love to We would recommend and gladly stay again.

Awesome Experience

We all had an awesome stay at this location. The house, neighborhood and host were over the top! Amy stays in touch and provides any information needed pretty quickly. The house has everything 6 adults could need. Plenty of space for more than 6 people, with ample space to have some quiet time alone as well. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and it was good for walking and jogging. The weather was a tad chilly for the middle of Oct for people from FL, NM and ID, but I can imagine how much better it would be with slightly warmer weather. It sits right on the water and there's always something to see. It's also very easy to catch the "T" from Braintree station to downtown Boston. Overall, the best experience any of us had come across in staying at many VRBOs. You won't be disappointed.

Family friendly

Our kids and grandkids joined us for a family vacation at this lovely home. With 4 baths and 4 bedrooms on three floors, there was room for the 7 of us to be together and go our separate ways when we wanted. The big kitchen allowed us to make meals together, the grill right off the kitchen. The large deck had plenty of seating options. Ample parking, friendly neighbors and a couple nearby parks. Amy responded to questions and her husband was quick to come fix a small issue over which they had no control. He was polite, helpful and friendly. Everyone enjoyed their stay, but we could have easily extended it for another week to take in all that the area has to offer. A dream vacation for our 25th anniversary. I’d stay again without hesitation.

Great location near the Red Line

This property is great for families. My wife and 3 kids were able to stay in one area of the house while my parents had their own ‘apartment’ on the other side of the house. It was very clean and well cared for. Beds were comfortable and pillows were fine. The host was easy to contact, but we didn’t really have any issues. The kitchen and laundry were ready to use and there were even some condiments and seasoning already there for us. The fire pit and beach area aren’t really usable, but there is a nice deck and patio if you want to enjoy the outside. There are quite a few local restaurants within a short drive. I would suggest Stars on Hingham Harbor- the food was great and the atmosphere was even better. The train ride to Boston city center is between 30 and 50 minutes depending on the day/time of day. Fenway took us about 50 minutes with the switch to the Green Line on a game day. I suggest using the Quincy Adams stop. Plymouth was around a 30 minute drive as well. I don’t suggest this property if you are interested in traveling North of Boston - it’s very difficult to go that direction. All-in-all this was a nice property with good management. I can definitely recommend it.
