"New construction home. House was excellent. Clean and nice furnishings. Fenced backyard.No mention of surprise pet fee on listing.Neighborhood was not so nice. Mix of a few newer houses mixed with rundown properties. Grass was almost knee high in both front and backyard."

"House was amazing , super up dated and cozy. Felt like a little home away from home for the weekend. Only thing that made the stay unpleasant was neighbors were loud playing there music most of one night , there was some kinda disagreement or argument across the street with other neighbors. I ran over a glass alcohol bottle one night from one of the neighbors and hadda find a place to plug it.Besides the area it was a really amazing house had everything we needed and felt comfy inside."

"Conveniently located near highway, St Augustine Beach and downtown. Quiet neighborhood. Loved the bunk room for kids. Pet friendly, so thankful for the dog crate. Home can accommodate a big group"
