Excellent service, super helpful and friendly staff. They are very accommodating. The room we got was nice enough but could’ve used a few more upscale amenities like lotion, hand soap for the sink. Well-designed apartment with washing machine and self-contained kitchenette. Jacqueline who was contacting me was able to accommodate I don't possess a local account to facilitate a deposit, as specified. Her communication on e.g. retrieval of keys, check-out etc was clear and timely.
