"Seabrook Island community is wonderful. Lots of rules but I think that’s what makes for a pleasant experience. Property was well appointed and had everything we needed. Nice decor, tastefully appointed for an ocean property. Easy access to ocean with a wonderful boardwalk. Great covered porch with great view. Great layout in condo. There were just two of us but would have been comfortable for four. There is a kids educational camp down the beach a ways. Their activity (shouts and cheering) did carry, but was done by early evening. We would book this property again."

"We have been renting pet friendly beach properties for years and finally found a place we want to rent again. This house had everything you could imagine and more. The views of the ocean and the marsh were incredible. Access to the beach was only a short walk and there were so few people it felt like you had the beach to yourself. The entire house was very clean and the hosts were very gracious and accommodating. We definitely plan to rent this home again."

"My husband and I have stand here a number of times. Every thing has been perfect, beginning with the rental process, communicating with Connie and cleanliness/many features of the condo. More importantly I grew up at the beach. When we go to the condo I feel like I am home again. There is nothing like having that experience."

"The couch in the front room, when converted into a bed, was broken and covered in pet hair. There was no Keurig, and dining options were limited unless you were willing to take a long drive or pay higher local prices.Those were my only complaints. Overall, the location was quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. I would definitely stay again, but I would choose a different unit next time.."
