"This house is a wonderful getaway. It’s beautifully appointed with every cooking appliance and seasoning you could need. The owner has thoughtfully labeled light switches, and the induction cooktop or anything that might not be intuitive. I’m not sure if they always have an infant life vest available, but as we had a 10 month old with us it was nice to see one in the garage if we needed it. Is very walkable to the beach club and restaurants. The owner was easily reachable when storms threatened the coast line and the boardwalk was under construction. I’d stay here again in a heart beat!"

"What an amazing stay! Location was perfect and the villa was fantastic. We arrived to a clean and neatly decorated villa. My husband is fascinated with the couch! We enjoyed a relaxing, quiet and restful week. We even got to see a few Bucks and a managed to score some fossilized shells. Highly recommend Seabrook Island and 1370 Pelican Watch. We will definitely be back!!!!"

"The beautifully decorated fully stocked condo was perfect for our 3 night getaway with our mini doodle. It was perfectly located on Seabrook Island close to the Boardwalk which was perfect to take our dog out on the beach. The condo was super clean and perfect for watching the sunset. The owner thought of everything and we really appreciated the special touches like make up vanity and high end amenities. This is a downstairs unit so might want to keep that in mind if you are a light sleeper. Maybe a box fan would be a good addition to help drown out noise. There is a nice noise maker next to the bed but we could still hear loud footsteps all night in the unit above us. Some of the other reviews mention no hot water in middle bathroom but the trick is to pull handle all of the way out and turn counter clockwise until it clicks. We absolutely loved the unit and will cone back in the future. Highly recommend! "
"What an incredible place to stay! Peaceful and relaxing with amazing views. It’s a bit of a walk to Edingsville Beach but so worth it! We found whelk shells and sharks teeth, saw so many birds and met an armadillo! It was magical and would love to stay here again"
