It was a huge overreaction and surely didn’t match the offense. Another lady tried to smooth it over but it was too late. It ruined the entire families night. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Charlie’s Place! It was immaculately clean, furniture was comfortable, decor was awesome and the owners are the most responsive and helpful hosts we’ve ever had. Bren was always quick to respond to questions and went above and beyond sending us local things to do/event info.
