"The caretaker greeted us in the driveway and helped bring our bags up to the house. We were given a briefing on the house and property and go to ask questions. We gave the caretaker a shopping list and the next morning our groceries were delivered to the door. The house was comfortable. The caretaker was friendly and helpful.
