"Our recent stay was related to a family trip and it was our second visit to this resort.
The service was exceptional and the staff were always willing to go above and beyond, no matter how small the request.
The rooms were clean with obvious evidence of them being well maintained and up-kept. The room service staff always had a smile and are a big part of the traveller experience in terms of comfort and cleanliness.
The resort’s location is ideal and in close proximity to stores, malls, service stations and restaurants.
We certainly enjoyed our stay for the second time and will be back here again on our next trip to Gaborone."
"Overall I enjoyed the hotel, staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean, but they need a refresh. The rooms were old, worn. I did love the balcony and view of the watering hole (fun to see the many animals), the bed was comfortable, linens soft. We went to the Bomba show hosted at this property. Would highly recommend, food and show were great! Worth it."
"It’s always a pleasure to stay at Mondior. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with an African-chic touch. I was also pleased to see that the Wi-Fi has improved since my last visit.
Breakfast at the newly renovated News Cafe, conveniently located on the hotel premises, was very good. There is plenty of secure parking on site, and the hotel is less than a 10-minute drive from the CBD, making it a convenient choice for both business and leisure stays."
"Beautiful garden, birds everywhere, we stayed in the villa and the garden room. Both were amazing. Staff goes above and beyond, friendly, excellent at their jobs, very hardworking. Breakfast included in our rate and included a cold food buffet and made-to-order hot food. Dinner for us was an extra cost but prices reasonable and portions huge-we were able to take away for the next day’s lunch. Do take advantage of their excellent laundry service - back the same day sometimes within hours. Super reasonably priced.
Very easy to locate and close to several grocery stores, ATMs, and gas stations. We recommend a car if you are staying awhile (we stayed 7 days) as nothing is walkable. We had four tours booked efficiently by Grace and recommend them all highly - Impalila Island in Namibia, Chobe Sunset Ride, Victoria Falls transport, and birding with Stone, who was an encylopedia of birding knowledge. In three days of birding at the lodge and one birding tour, we logged 39 new ones for our life list.
Highly recommend! If we’re were to return to Kasane, we would absolutely stay here again."
