Its large terrace, facing north-east, benefits from the sun in the morning, perfect for having breakfast or a coffee in the sun. It then stays in the shade for the rest of the day, which allows you to enjoy the outdoors while maintaining a milder temperature in the apartment, especially during summer days.

Located in a quiet residence, the apartment also has a free and assigned parking space.

Its location is ideal for discovering the region: close to Bayonne, The beaches of Tarnos and Boucau, and perfectly located for exploring both the south of the Landes and the Basque Coast.
