"SCAM! Everything in the description is a lie. It’s someone’s house and the family lives there. Their adult son sleeps in his underwear on a couch while the parents is locked in a room right next to yours. They demanded extra cash as a cleaning deposit which breaks Expedia rules. They went through my room while I was gone. They demanded more money while I was there and made me and my 2 boys switch to a single bed room unless I paid. Complete scam. "This is a nice quiet spot in a neighborhood east of the strip. Works well for a couple. We used it as home base as we visited Vegas for a few days and used rideshare apps to get to and from each day."

It appeared clean, but could have used a little more cleaning(tile floor, heater/air conditioning filter caked with dust). The tv in the livingroom only got Netflix, Master bedroom had only six channels no remote(owner stated replacing tvs after we leave. Bring your own hand soap and dish detergent.
