This spacious, high-end apartment is located in the heart of Boulder on beautiful Mapleton Avenue. It is just three blocks from Pearl Street and a ten minute walk from the University of Colorado campus. You can walk to all of the treasures downtown Boulder has to offer - from excellent restaurants, microbreweries, and coffee shops, to concerts, parks and sporting events. Some of the best hiking trails are just 10 minutes away.

The apartment is a garden level unit in a single family home, with a private entrance, completely renovated and fully furnished. This gorgeous Mapleton house was originally built in 1925 and has been carefully remodeled by the owners to keep its historical character while using the latest technologies for comfort and durability. The apartment has 1000 square feet and two bedrooms, spacious living/dining room, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a full bathroom and a beautiful private patio. It is equipped with a luxurious queen sized bed, a full bed and a large living room sofa. Hydronic floor heating is used for quiet and efficient heating.

This apartment is perfect for visiting professionals, visiting professors and vacationers. Although not necessary, on and off street parking is provided if needed. Come and check it out, you will love staying in our beautiful apartment.

Beautiful Boulder

The location was perfect, very walkable to downtown. The Flatirons and Flagstaff mountains were quite beautiful. This place was quiet, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

lovely apartment, very comfortable. you can hear main house residents walking but would only be an issue if you plan to sleep in till noon. kitchen well appointed, comfortable beds. great location. very nice to return to after spending the day out and about.

Location and flexibility!

This is a sweet little place in a quiet neighborhood, but it’s also just steps away from Pearl St. We came out because we have kids in the area and found the apartment to be a great home base. The kitchen is well equipped. We made dinner for our family of 5 and it was easy. Helen was very accommodating to our schedule, letting us arrive early and stay late, which we very much appreciated, as was the complementary bottle of wine!

Great location, lovely property!

Loved the location of the property, just a few blocks from Boulder's Pearl Street pedestrian mall. The place is in the lower level of a large house, with plenty of room. It took me a bit to get the hang of both electronic front door lock (not used to touch screens) and the tv remote (again, not an Apple person), but once in/on, all was good! I have one suggestion to the host - a cutting board (or two) would be a welcome addition to the kitchen items. We definitely consider staying here again when we're in Boulder!

Great location in a beautiful neighborhood

I am very happy to have found Luxury homebase. Pedja and his family were very accommodating, just stellar people all around. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance of Pearl Street, the bus station, wonderful farmers market, post office and many other attractions. This stay was among my favorites and if future travel brings me to Boulder, I will absolutely say there again. And by the way, public transportation is great and inexpensive in Boulder! Mostly wonderful

I highly Recommend this apartment. A few personal preferences to note- you will want to prefer very firm beds. And if it is hot outside the apartment never fully cools down with the one portable AC. And like other review there is not much serene area outdoors in the property for adults. But if you want a perfect location, ease of booking and checking in and a gracious host this is the place for you. Further when we asked for a late checkout of 2 hours to make our travel home less stressful it was given without issue. Many thanks!!! We will definitely visit again.

conference in Boulder

The apartment was cozy but we weren't sure we were in the right place when we arrived because the door was open and the tv was on. We couldn't figure out how to use the tv due to various remotes and there weren't instructions on how to do so. The last night it sounded like the owners upstairs were moving furniture and fighting at 11pm which kept us awake. Overall the location was nice and the apartment was nice.

Easy check in and easy to find everything in the apartment. Boulder seems to be having some issues with "camping in the city", as they call it, so folks should be aware that you are staying within a very easy walk to downtown and just be head's up about the crowds out and about.

Fun stay at awesome home

Beautiful flowers and fruit trees, nice patio table, great 2 bedroom with fantastic kitchen. We hiked Chataugua, Wonderland, Rocky Mt National Park (short one), Walden Pond/Sawmill trails for awesome birds. I biked all over Boulder on safe trail network! And of course Pearl St if u like expensive food, people watching, and tourist things if jst around the block. Had a great time! Thank u!
