    First floor: The open floor plan is flooded with natural light and includes a gourmet kitchen with island seating opening to a cozy living room and flat screen TV. Down the hall, you'll find the bedroom with a king-sized bed, nightstands, bedside sconces, blackout drapes and a double door closet. There is also a sliding glass door to the patio. The bathroom is finished with beautiful handmade tile, and includes a walk-in shower and mirrored medicine cabinet. Back in the hallway, hidden under the stairs you'll find a full-sized stackable washer/dryer.

    Second floor: Upstairs offers a light-filled office with sit/stand desk, meeting table for four, another full bathroom and a walk-in closet. This space features a retractable glass wall for taking in the incredible Flatiron views and opens to a large deck with outdoor lounge seating.

    Property includes a gated driveway, room for two cars, beautiful outdoor space and loads of privacy. This secluded home is just two miles to downtown and offers easy access to hiking, restaurants, and all that Boulder has to offer!
