In town with a friend and his daughter for a Dad/Daughter weekend to visit my daughter who is studying at CU. We were looking for a location close to hiking and dinner options. The place hit the mark location-wise. It was incredibly clean with comfortable beds as well. I would highly recommend!
The host was welcoming and responsive to queries. We were able to check in early and could have checked out late had our travel plans allowed that. The place was clean and well-laid out.
Place and location were great. Easy check in and the easiest leaving instructions I have ever had. Would recommend to anyone wanting to be near Pearl Street
The location was amazing. The apartment was clean with up- to-date features. Parking is tight- but we could always get in our space, and I think that is probably par for the course in Boulder- we just had to let the passengers out before parking if the people on either side parked poorly. The shower curtain in the primary bathroom has some calcium buildup. It’s a 2 fix. Honestly we had a great stay - we came for a college visit for our daughter and it worked great. We had some personal car problems on check out day and it would have been nice to get a response on the app about a place we could contact for help since we don’t know anyone in the area.
Very nice. Walking distance to many locations like Pearl Street District, parks and CU campus.Would be 5 stars but it’s a third floor walk up and my legs were tired enough from all the hiking.
Great property - super clean and well-appointed with everything you need for cooking and sleeping well! Also enjoyed the location which is so close to East Pearl with coffee shops and restaurants. We'll be back!
I honestly have a hard time describing how disappointed I was in this property
I was here 70 days. September through December. To begin with I arrive on a cold winter day and the heat was out. The communication with the manager was awful and took me all night to figure out why the heat didn't work, turns out it was because the boiler was out and took 3 days for it to be fixed. It was 50° at night in September when I arrived. The house was also very dirty all the appliances did not work very well or were extremely noisy. There was not any recessed lighting in the ceiling so the entire apartment was very dark. Then come December the heat went out again for 2 days and the temperature in the apartment dropped to the 30° range and the apartment manager did nothing to try and get me heaters or fix it immediately and I had to basically suffer through freezing temperatures. Then in December when the heater did actually work it couldn't heat the apartment up past 55°. So no matter how cold it was outside you were stuck at a 50-degree temperature for the winter. The door latch did not work from the day I arrived. When I got there it was open and I assumed it was for the cleaners to let the sanitizer smell air out but soon I realized that was not true because every time a breeze blew by the door would fly open. The deck was a terrible location and looked out on the walkways in the parking lot so there was zero privacy when sitting outside. The only decent thing about the whole property was location other than that it was dirty the blinds all had holes in them the heater barely ever worked and manager was awful to talk to and the entire property just sucked.
This apartment is perfectly located for walking into town or accessing the various highways around Boulder to reach other destinations. The decor is a cool sort of retro "Mad Men" chic, the beds very comfortable and the owner responsive to text queries. We would definitely stay here again!
Great location in Boulder. Condo worked very well for our family of 4. Very clean. Parking is a little tight. The owner was very nice and gave us clear communication on check in and answered any questions quickly.
A blizzard ruined out plans for lots of outdoor time in Boulder but we were comfortable and cozy in our VRBO and once we were able to get out and about it was a perfect home base for our adventures.
We had a wonderful stay at Leslie's place in Boulder! It is conveniently located and the kitchen was very well stocked with cookware. The apartment was perfect for 2 couples or a family, as the master bedroom + bathroom is separated from the other bedroom + bathroom via the common spaces. There is a designated parking spot right below the unit, which was nice. There is also laundry in-unit and a dishwasher.
Check-in was a breeze and the WiFi was very fast! We were working remotely and didn't have any issues dialing in for phone and video meetings on multiple devices. Leslie was also very responsive. Overall would definitely recommend her place!
Stayed in Boulder to be close to CU Boulder campus and downtown. Also easy driving access the School of Mines and Golden plus mountains. Dedicated parking spot (a MUST have), nice bedrooms and well set up. Easy checkin, access, and checkout. Note it is 3rd floor and lots of stairs!
My husband and I loved the place. It was very clean and well cared for. It is in a perfect location.... we were able to walk easily to CU, the Pearl Street mall, and the Boulder Creek path. It's just a short drive to all the trails the mountain has to offer! The private balcony was a nice surprise, and we spent many evenings out there just relaxing after hiking all day! We hope to come back and stay again!
